GW4 Accelerator Grant on Transnational Social Protection

Background:

The AHRC Development Award is a project led by Rana Jawad in collaboration with MENASP network partners. The 12 month grant from the Arts and Humanities Research Council will fund a strategic programme of network development activities in the MENA region. These include building strategic partnerships in the region, research capacity building and spin-off research activities.

Social Mobilization for Social Policy: building the policy-making of state and society in the Arab region

This project is a two-year policy analysis program which aims to refine the understanding of social policy development in the MENA region, identify successful models of social policy design, formulation and implementation, and put forward ideas to advance and strengthen the social policy-making capacity of state and non-state actors in the Arab region.
